1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Delivery Timeline

We offer reliable shipping for all our hair extensions and wigs. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly based on your location and customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or communicated directly via our customer service channels.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Diamond Beauty Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
