退款政策

You may return a product only if it arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging, packed exactly as it was delivered to you.

You have 18 days from the shipping date to initiate a return. After 18 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
